Hey—we made two very unfinished games about AI transformation. There is a surprising amount underneath them: a real backend, game logic, different mechanics, and a pile of earlier builds. I may never find time to finish them. I still think these games should exist. Somebody should pick them up and make them good.

I’ve wanted to build experiential learning for business owners and for people doing customer service and other work online. Not another course or slide deck. Something where you make decisions with limited time, money, and information, see what breaks, and live with the tradeoffs. I just haven’t found the time to build that idea all the way.

LAST RUNWAY approaches AI transformation from the company side. You run a company that is out of time and have five moves before the board votes. The interesting part is not “using AI.” It is watching customers, cash, employees, evidence, politics, and bad timing collide.

THE BACKROOM starts from the worker side: the repeated work you do, the judgment buried inside it, what can be mapped or automated, and what you do with the capacity that creates. More income is one answer. More time, another job, an owned business, or something shared are others.

The live versions are not necessarily the best versions. Some earlier prototypes were honestly maybe better than what survived into these two. Other pieces got better or worse as we kept rebuilding. That mess is part of why I’m posting them instead of pretending this is a finished launch.

If somebody wants to take either concept and make it good enough that people actually want to keep playing, I can share the code, backend, mechanics, earlier builds, and what we learned. I do not need anyone to preserve these versions. Take what works, change everything else, and make the games actually good.
